Migros Bank
Design System and dream work is team work
Interaction Design

Offering a range of banking services, Migros Bank AG empowers customers to manage their finances effectively and achieve their financial goals. Following its rebranding, Migros Bank has strategically prioritized the digitalization of its services, ensuring streamlined processes and experience for its clientele.

The Task & Requirements
When multiple products/offers converge, inconsistencies can arise. This was precisely the issue faced by Migros Bank with their digital products, onboarding, and further solutions following their rebranding. Consequently, the bank ordered our team to streamline its array of digital processes. Additionally, our team was tasked with cleaning up and expanding the design system.
My Contribution
My task was straightforward: to streamline and simplify the onboarding process, also known as the Kontoeröffnungsprozess, for both single account owners and partner card owners.

While reproducing the process, I had the opportunity to enhance and expand the existing library.

The final step was cleaning up the library once we had finalized our various processes.

Look Back & Learnings
This was my first experience being part of such a collaborative team involving multiple companies. Working alongside Sören (Senior UX/UI Designer), Daniel (Design Director), and Max (Consultant) was truly enriching for me.

Sören shared invaluable insights into UX design best practices and articulated the rationale behind them exceptionally well. Daniel maintained clarity and organization throughout the various processes and was the guardian of the library, while Max ensured smooth progression through the sprints.

In addition to our internal collaboration, I also found it rewarding to engage with various teams and representatives from Migros Bank. With that said, I'm eagerly looking forward to the next task.
